Dr. Lee is
a co-founder of TissueGene and serves
as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. He is trained as an orthopedic
surgeon with approximately 20 years of experience.
He obtained his M.D. from the prestigious Seoul National University in Korea in
1982 and a Ph. D. in orthopedic sciences from the same university in 1993. He
also has been a guest researcher at the U.S. National Institutes of Health, conducting
key studies involving the therapeutic use of TGF-bs. Dr. Lee is well-known as
a world-wide leader in the field of orthopedic medicine.
He has served as the Director of the Clinical Research Center of Inha University
Hospital in Korea, as well as a professor there. He is a member of the Gene Therapy
Committee of the Korean FDA, which has provided him unique experience in understanding
the drug evaluation and approval process in connection with genetic therapies
such as TissueGene's own cell-mediated
technology.

Mr. Lee joined
TissueGene in September of 2003
as its General Counsel. His responsibilities include obtaining outside financing
for TissueGene.
He received his J.D. from Fordham Law School and B.A. from
Cornell University.
Mr. Lee practiced corporate and securities law at Lane and Edson, P.C. and Seyfarth,
Shaw, Fairweather & Geraldson.

Dr. Kim serves
as one of TissueGene's vice presidents
and is in charge of handling the company's Intellectual Property matters. Dr.
Kim received his J.D. from the University of Maryland after having earned his
doctorate degree in Biology from Johns Hopkins University and his A.B. in Biochemistry
from Princeton University.
Prior to joining TissueGene, Dr. Kim practiced Patent law for over ten years while
working at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP; McDermott, Will & Emery; Birch
Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP; and the United States Patent and Trademark
Office (USPTO). He is licensed to practice law in California, Maryland and with
the USPTO.

Mr. Kang joined
TissueGene in July of 1999 as its
Chief Operating Officer. He received a B.A in International Marketing from HanYang
University in Korea and attended M.B.A. courses at the University of San Francisco.
Before joining TissueGene, he was
the Managing Director of Trioh Corporation in New Jersey, a company that specializes
in international sales of medical devices and equipment. At Trioh, Mr. Kang had
primary responsibility for all corporate operations, as well as for developing
sales channels for corporate products.
Mr. Kang has over 17 years of business experience, eleven of which has been in
the life sciences field.

Mr. Ganjei
has been working with TissueGene
since 2001. He was initially responsible for setting up an informatics infrastruture
to support the global network of the TissueGene
research team. Mr. Ganjei's degree is in Microbiology and his scientific research
spans the fields of molecular neurobiology and human genetics. He continues
to study in the fields of enterprise infrastructure design, bioinformatics,
and business.
Before coming to TissueGene, he
was the Global Informatics Product Marketing and Business Development Manager
for LabVantage Solution. His responsbilities ranged from software architecture
design to initiating and managing strategic relationships with potential business
partners and ß-sites around the world.
Mr. Ganjei
is serving as the Vice President of Business Development for TissueGene.
